4:30 p.m.

*Classes start promptly at the allotted time and will last approximately one hour.
*Drop-Ins are welcome to any of our CrossFit class times. Arrive a few minutes early and speak to the coach to get squared away.

Partner CrossFit WOD: Saturday

9 a.m.

Open Gym 

9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. (M-F)
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (M-F)
